Cary Printing has officially gained a Gracol7 (G7) Master Printer Status! So, you might be asking, “What does that mean?”  With this achievement, Cary Printing has been recognized as a printer that goes above and beyond the average printer to have an exceptional print quality.  The Master Printer Status proves that Cary Printing meets a standard of excellence in the color quality of all printed products.  This is a huge benefit to the print buyer.  It ensures that the print buyer can order the same product multiple times from Cary Printing and receive the exact same coloring.  However, with other printers, one might order the same product twice and the coloring could be nothing alike when they are held side by side.  Cary Printing exceeds the standard by providing a continuous first-rate quality in color and in service.

Well, if you read yesterday’s post, you know a little more about green printing, however, what is in it for you?  There are tons of benefits to printing green.  First, you have the satisfaction of knowing you played a part in conserving our environment.  Second, you can let all of your clients know that you care and you chose to print green.  Here at Cary Printing, we will put a “green certified” logo on any of the materials you print for free.  Some people chose this option and other don’t.  However, placing this certifying logo on your products shows people that you care and shows a great initiative on your part.

What Exactly is “Green” Printing?

Green printing is a wave of the future.  Printing green is merely a way to make sure that we are doing everything in our power to protect our planet.  Here are three ways “green” printers are set apart from a normal printer.

1.)   Natural inks are used including soy based inks and vegetable-oil based inks.

2.)   Products are printed on recycled paper.  There are tons of different forms of recycled papers, check them out on our website: www.caryprinting.com. The least possible amount of paper is used, ultimately making less paper used.

3.) Finally and most importantly, these printers have received certifications from organizations such as PEFC, SFI and the FSC.  Make sure that the certifications are genuine!

Thanks for stopping by! If you want to know more about green printing, check out our website with all of our “green” certifications, after all we are the nation’s premier green printer.

Welcome

Welcome to the Cary Printing blog!  Ok, so what exactly can a printing company offer on a blog?  Well, we have a ton to offer.  First, we are the nation’s premier “green” printer.  Yeah, I could easily be making that up, but we are certified by the Programme for the Endorsement of Forest Certification (pefc.org), the Forest Stewardship Council (fscus.org), and The Sustainable Forest Initiative (sfiprogram.org).  Now those are our certifications, but we have won so many more awards that further drive home the point that we are a “green” printer.

So, again, what can you benefit from this blog?  Well, all sorts of things.  We will be informing you on our latest products, we’ll be telling you about some of the best marketing tips we have heard, we will give you a behind the scenes look at the printing press, you’ll hear what we are doing to stay green and more!  You don’t want to miss out on all of the incredible information we will be sharing.
